Tours and Excursions terms and conditions A minimum number of participants is stated for every Tour/Excursion. GUARANT International reserves the right to cancel any Tour/Excursion where the minimum number of participants has not been reached. In this case another Tour/Excursion will be offered or a full refund will be given at the Tour Desk in the PCC. Payment The following payment methods are accepted: Credit Card: For payment by credit card, please fill in the cardholder information on the form. Please note that only Mastercard/Eurocard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express credit cards are accepted. Please include the Card Validation Code (CVC) these are the last three digits printed on the reverse side of your credit card in the signature field. The Excursion and Tour prices are stated in Euros. However, credit card payments will be charged in Czech Koruna (CZK), your credit card company will convert this cost to the currency of your credit card. At the time of going to print the exchange rate is approximately 26 Czech Koruna = 1 Euro. Note: Please note that all payments must include all bank charges. Cancellation Conditions Cancellations must be advised to GUARANT International in writing and will come into effect the day they are received. In case of cancellation received: Before 19 August 2005 20 EUR administrative fee 20 August – 20 September 2005 30% cancellation fee of the Tour/Excursion price After 20 September 2005 100% cancellation fee of the Tour/Excursion price “No show” on day of the tour/excursion 100% cancellation fee of the Tour/Excursion price Disclaimer/Insurance Neither the IBA nor GUARANT International accept liability for damage and/or loss of any kind which may be incurred by Conference participants or by any persons accompanying them, both during official activities and the tours and excursions. The client participates in all Tour/Excursion and events at his/her own risk. It is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your stay and to protect you against cancellation charges, loss or damage to your luggage and personal effects, loss of cash and medical expenses. Booking deadlines for tours/excursions Bookings for scheduled tours/excursions will close five days prior to the start of the Conference (i.e. 20 September 2005).
