The name once given to this area is truly fitting – the Czech Paradise. Our tour could be called a “trip through a fairytale land”, as this is how it feels travelling through the sandstone rocks and medieval castles. You can stop at your leisure to admire natural monuments, tiny villages and beautiful views.
The accommodation at Hruba Skala Chateau is positioned to take full advantage of the unique view of the rocky scenery and the ruins of Trosky Castle.
On Sunday you will walk rather than bike to Hruba Skala. You will see amazing sandstone towers and rocks that once formed the sea bottom.
Sychrov Chateau is one of the most significant monuments of the 19th century; all building work was carried out by local artists and craftsmen. The Chateau is surrounded by a beautiful English style park.
